1. Reservations
Reservation Confirmation:
To guarantee your participation in any activity or service offered by CORDILLERA BLANCA ECO AGENCY, a prepayment of 50% of the total amount is required. The reservation will be considered confirmed only after the payment receipt has been received.
Availability:
All reservations are subject to availability and will be processed in the order they are received. It is recommended to make reservations well in advance to avoid any inconvenience.
Reservation Modifications:
Changes are subject to availability. Any modification must be requested at least 15 days in advance and may be subject to additional charges.
2. Payments
Payment Methods:
We accept payments via Yape, bank transfers, or cash. All payments must be completed before the start date of the activity.

Full Payment Policy:
The total payment must be made no later than 10 days before the start of the activity. If payment is not received within this period, the agency reserves the right to cancel the reservation without refund of the initial deposit.
Currency and Fees:
All prices are expressed in Peruvian soles (PEN). The client is responsible for any bank or payment platform fees or charges that may apply.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation by the Client:
Cancellations must be made at least 20 days in advance to be eligible for a 100% refund of the total amount.
Cancellation by the Agency:
We reserve the right to cancel any activity or service due to circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen events. In such cases, the client will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule the activity.
No Show:
If the client fails to appear on the scheduled date and time of the activity, no refund will be granted, and the amount paid will be forfeited.
4. Client Responsibilities
Documentation and Permits:
It is the client’s sole responsibility to carry all required documents (passport, visas, permits, etc.) needed to participate in the activity. The agency will not be held responsible for any issues arising from the lack of such documents.
Travel Insurance:
We recommend obtaining travel insurance that covers potential incidents, including accidents, emergency evacuations, or unexpected cancellations.
